Deepen your experience, understanding, and skill of yoga. This program meets the 500-hour training requirements for Yoga Alliance registry. Topics in this category could include, but are not limited to: advanced asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, Sanskrit, mantra, meditation, advanced anatomy, neuroscience, Ayurveda, and other traditional yoga techniques.
